In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, health workers carry on their shoulders the greatest social burden, all while taking the maximum risk in the fight against this invisible enemy. To the efforts and sacrifices of health employees at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19, proportional rights must be granted – considering all the social responsibility and the risks taken.
